Commissioner Robert A. Spottswood

Robert SpottswoodRobert A. Spottswood began his service on the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission in September 2015. He was elected vice chairman Dec. 7, 2017.

He is the chief executive officer of Spottswood Companies Inc. He currently serves as a member of the Third District Court of Appeals Judicial Nominating Commission and formerly served on the Governor’s Commission on Healthcare and Hospital Funding. Spottswood received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law.

Commissioner Spottswood’s term expires January 6, 2023.
